The frenetic pace of the Incline Village real estate market continues. 25 properties went into escrow ranging from $269,000 for a little condo all the way up to nearly $25 million for a lakefront estate in Crystal Bay. The inventory continues to drop as there were only 15 new listings to go along with three price changes and 26 places closing escrow.
This has really been an incredible summer for everyone connected to the Lake Tahoe real estate market. The pace of sales activity is far ahead of last year and if we have enough inventory it could exceed anything we’ve seen since coming out of the Great Recession. But, the lack of inventory will surely prevent us from breaking any annual sales records set in the early 2000s.
There are a couple of new listings on the Incline Village real estate scene that buyers will want to check out pronto. Here is what Sarah has to say about her new listing at 378 Winding Way

Sabrina has a nice new listing at 807 Alder Ave #3 – All Seasons. This is a one bedroom, one bath, 700 square-foot end unit condo priced at $349,000. Ground-floor unit close to the parking lot for easy access all year-round. The interior has been extensively remodeled with granite countertops, a new stacked stone fireplace, new flooring, custom tiled shower and other nice finishes.
The low elevation location puts you less than two blocks from the post office and the Village Shopping Center. The property also has a good rental history. Makes a great vacation getaway and/or vacation rental. Condos in this price range have been disappearing pretty quickly so you’ll want to check this one out if you’ve been shopping for something under 350K!
