Inside Incline is where you will find Don Kanare consulting Sabrina and her team with real estate transactions. As a licensed Nevada real estate broker with over 10 years selling real estate in Incline Village and Crystal Bay, he focuses on helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals and dreams in a relaxing and stress free manner. His background in property management with one of the largest rental firms in Incline Village coupled with his 15+ years of experience as a business consultant give him a unique perspective on the Lake Tahoe real estate market.
 
By combining his analytical skills with his practical business experience, Mr. Kanare confidently assists his clients through every step of the real estate sales process. Prior to moving to Incline Village in October 2002, Mr. Kanare was President of TKO, Inc. since August 1987. TKO was a consulting firm specializing in developing business solutions for companies with 10 to 200 employees. Streamlining business systems and managing the growth of emerging businesses characterize the focus of TKO’s work. Every aspect of a client’s business operations, financial management and personnel policies would be reviewed and analyzed in an effort to promote a cohesive work force, maximum use of resources and improved return on investment. Creating a harmonious relationship between staff and management while increasing rewards for everyone was the centerpiece of the TKO philosophy.
 
Prior to his establishment of TKO, Mr. Kanare spent over three years with the NPCI Companies of Oakland, CA where he worked as an associate consultant in the investment and tax planning division. During his tenure there, he worked on new business consulting, private placement offerings, limited partnerships, real estate and securities investments, portfolio analysis and customer relations.
 
Mr. Kanare received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston University in 1977. At BU he served as President of the College of Liberal Arts Student Government and was the chairman of the Distinguished Lecture Series, and lead coordinator of all campus and community activities.
