Meet Sabrina Belleci

Sabrina Belleci is a licensed Nevada Real Estate Broker, multi-office owner, and third-generation REALTOR® with lifelong ties to the Sierra mountains. Raised in a real estate office, she developed an early passion for the industry, which has translated into decades of expertise in real estate investing, design, and marketing. A dedicated resident of Incline Village for over 15 years, Sabrina has an unparalleled understanding of the Lake Tahoe real estate market, allowing her to seamlessly meet the diverse needs of her clients in both sales and property management.

 

Originally from the Bay Area, Sabrina earned her degree at Sierra Nevada College in Incline Village and later attended Harvard Law School, where she completed a certificate in Negotiations and Leadership. She also holds designations as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Sabrina made history as the youngest President of the Incline Village REALTORS®, demonstrating her leadership and commitment to the community. She co-founded the Inside Incline brand, which has organically grown a large following by showcasing local real estate and the mountain lifestyle. Sabrina is frequently featured in prominent publications such as CNBC News, the San Francisco Chronicle, Tahoe Tribune, and RGJ, where she offers expert insights on the local real estate market. Her passion for marketing and branding is evident in her innovative use of digital platforms to elevate property marketing.

 

Sabrina’s dedication to the Incline Village community extends far beyond real estate. When she’s not assisting clients or enhancing her personal real estate portfolio, Sabrina enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and exploring the beauty of Lake Tahoe with her husband, Keith, their children, Jack and Avery, and their dogs, Ellie and Penny. Her adventurous spirit, dedication to learning, and love for the Tahoe community continue to set her apart in the real estate industry.
