As the seasons shift here in Incline Village, so does the landscape around us. While a few vibrant fall leaves still quiver on the aspens, the air is now crisp, and the region’s ski resorts are in full swing with snow guns blazing. With its high base elevation of 8,260 feet, Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe is set to kick off the 2024-25 ski season this Friday, November 8! Check out the list of Tahoe resort opening dates below and get ready for an exhilarating winter.
Last week, Incline Village and Crystal Bay residents participated in local elections for the IVGID Board of Trustees, the body responsible for overseeing community recreation programs, facilities, and essential services like water, sewer, and solid waste management in Incline Village. Congratulations to our newly elected Trustees, including incumbent Michaela Tonking, Mick Homan, and Michelle Jezycki. These dedicated locals are enthusiastic about working with and for our community.

This week, four seems to be the magic number. We saw 4 new listings, pending sales, 4 price adjustments, and 10 successful closings, with a $49,000,000 property hitting the market this week just in time for the holidays. This home seems like a very high price point for a shared entry and less than two acres on the water in Incline Village.
Even with town being on the quiet side as we prepare for winter, the market is still quite active here in Incline Village. We have been busy viewing properties with both buyers and sellers this past week, as well as writing offers. Let us know if we can help you find your dream home in Incline!
Please keep in mind that these numbers are based on data from the Incline Village Board of REALTORS® or its Multiple Listing Service as of 11/6/2024
