Osteria Sierra at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe - Modern Northern Italian inside the Hyatt, done properly. House-made pastas, fresh seafood, expertly prepared steaks, and ingredients sourced through the Tahoe Food Hub from local organic producers whenever possible. The setting - mountain views, resort-level service - makes it an easy choice for a celebratory dinner. Dinner nightly from 5:30pm; weekend lunch available Friday–Sunday.

Rosewood Tahoe & the newly opened Rosewood Pizzeria - A beloved local spot with a fresh new addition. Rosewood Tahoe has built a loyal following for its community-focused vibe, thoughtful cocktail and beer program, and Italian-inspired menu rooted in Nonna's recipes. Paxton's Settlement - The exciting new arrival in the old Austin's space, directly across from the Hyatt. Co-founded by Executive Chef Cole Dunbar and Beverage Director Jordan Armstrong, Paxton's is a chef-driven restaurant built on restraint and seasonal precision - Northern California technique, regional producers, and a bar program to match. Still new enough to feel like a discovery, already good enough to become a regular stop.

Crosby's Kitchen & Cocktails - Incline's most laid-back patio dining, tucked into Christmas Tree Village right alongside High Sierra Gardens. The creekside backyard features native landscaping from their neighbors next door, making it one of the most pleasant outdoor dining spots in the village. Great for a casual Father's Day lunch - and once you're done, walk next door to High Sierra Gardens and let Dad pick out something for the yard. Open daily; dog-friendly patio so he can bring his best friend.
